Albany Gardens Holiday Resort was established in 1978 and was formerly known as the Mt Melville Caravan Park.
We're situated in a delightful parkland setting of over 4 hectares. Albany Gardens is very centrally located, being only 1km from the Albany CBD, shops and facilities.
There have been a number of enhancements to Albany Gardens over the years including the park homes development.
In 1995, Albany Gardens was a runner-up for a Western Australian State Government Tourism Award.
Albany Gardens accommodation includes Deluxe Units, Holiday Units, and Chalets. All have bathrooms and are fully self-contained with TV, heating and microwaves. Our caravan and motor home sites are all grassed with double concrete pads, drive-thru situated in spacious garden settings and include Ensuite Powered Sites, Powered sites and Unpowered Sites and are all close to amenities and Facilities.

Sleeps 5. Queen bed in 1st bedroom. Double bed with single over top in 2nd bedroom. TV, microwave, heating, video and all linen supplied.

Ensuite Powered Caravan Site :

Spacious drive thru sites, suitable for caravans and motor homes with double concrete pads, water and sullage. Sewer dump points available.

Holiday Unit :

Sleeps 7. Queen bed in 1st bedroom. Triple Bunk in 2nd small bedroom and double sofa in living area. TV, microwave, heating and all linen supplied.
